TURN-AROUND TIME: Online orders are generally filled on the next business day. Shipping by Priority Mail then takes another 2 to 4 business days. Overseas shipping by International Priority Mail should be about one week.See below for other shipping options or contact us with your preferences.

A tip: Your order will be filled most quickly if you order online. It is secure and fast. However, we are glad to take your phone orders or mail orders. Phone orders generally take a day or two longer than online orders. If you order by mail and send a check, be sure to include the amount for shipping and California sales tax if you are a resident of California.


SALES TAX: California residents pay 7 1/4 % sales tax.

SHIPPING- USA Two to four day shipping by U.S. Priority Mail is $5 for 1 to 4 DVDs. With the new, thinner DVD cases this can sometimes be increased to 6 DVDs in one Flat Rate envelope.

First Class and Media Mail are $2 per order and can take from 3 days to two weeks.


SHIPPING- CANADA International Priority Mail: Even though you are right next door, it isn't any quicker to Canada than to the rest of the world. Figure about one week to ten days by Priority Mail.

One to 4 DVDs - $12 With the new, thinner DVD cases this can sometimes be increased to 6 DVDs in one Flat Rate envelope.

First Class Mail International takes two to four weeks or more and is $3 per order for a maximum of 4 DVDs.

SHIPPING- REST OF THE WORLD International Priority Mail: It is supposed to take 5 business days and often that's all it takes. It may take longer if you don't live in a major city in your country but it can take ten days and sometimes -- rarely -- even more.

One to 4 DVDs - $13 - With the new, thinner DVD cases this can sometimes be increased to 6 DVDs in one Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope.

First Class or Media Mail takes two to four weeks or more and is $4 per order of up to 4 DVDs. Sorry, not available for larger orders. NOTE: If you live in a country where the mail delivery system is not secure, do not use this method.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES, DUTIES, TAXES
Your country may charge you additional taxes or duties for foreign goods that enter the country. We give your purchases the lowest possible assessments. We recommend that you consider making two or more small orders to avoid exceeding the minimum amount, but we do not know what the minimum amount is for each country. Please email us any information about customs charges in your country that may be helpful to our customers.


SHIPPING - REVAMP CLOTHING Shipments of ReVamp clothing will be charged separately from the rest of your order. There will be a $12 charge for ReVamp shipping within the United States, for any number of ReVamp items in one order. Overseas shipments are $30.

PAYMENT OPTIONS When ordering online you can use the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. You can also use PayPal; after completing your order go to PayPal.com to make payment to SwingDanceShop@savoystyle.com

If you would like to pay by check or money order, do not order online. Just copy down the information and send it to us along with your check and money order. Be sure to calculate the shipping correctly and to add sales tax (7 1/4%) if you live in California.

Money orders from outside the USA should be in US dollars. Please email us if you have any questions about the correct shipping or sales tax. AND PLEASE ASK FOR THE CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS.


RETURNS and EXCHANGES

1.DVDs and CDs - There are no returns on opened Videos, DVDs or CDs unless they are defective. You may exchange any DVD or CD that is found to be defective for the same item and we will cover the postage. Contact us to let us know about the defective item and we will send you a replacement plus a stamped envelope to return the defective item.

2. ReVamp - Clothing from ReVamp can be exchanged for other items in the ReVamp line. Please email us if you intend to make an alteration or exchange so that we can give you the CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS.
