From her days as a youngster in the Savoy Ballroom, through a career as a jazz dancer, choreographer and comedienne, this remarkable woman never ceases to enjoy herself and entertain everyone else in the process.

Swing dancers know Norma Miller from the Lindy Hop scenes in A Day at the Races and Hellzapoppin' and from her teaching and touring throughout the swing dance revival.

The documentary features interviews with Bill Cosby, Bill Cobbs, Frankie Manning, Phoebe Jacobs and the late Leonard Reed, inventor of the Shim Sham Shimmy. It also tells the stories of Louis Armstrong and Redd Foxx, both friends and colleagues of Miller's.
